This campaign was all about personalisation. Swatch had launched something new: customers could choose from a number of patterns and place them in the watch freely, creating a unique design.
Taking this idea, we implemented a simplified builder within the ad on scroll, allowing the user to create their own watch design by interacting with the patterns in the sidebars.
We allowed the user to play around with 4 different patterns. They could drag around as much as they wished and hopefully, they would be curious enough to try the builder on Swatch's website.
The creative also reacts to the user choices, changing the left-side glass copy and imagery to match the selected pattern.
